The Hedley Foundation awards a capital grant for essential resources

These items are essential. Reliable Wi-Fi keeps our clinical team securely connected while on the move, enabling real-time access to patient notes, timely updates, safer decision-making, and smoother referrals. Tracking and monitoring care at the roadside or in community settings makes our outreach more efficient and ensures continuity for people who rarely access traditional services.
Equipping our outreach car with a defibrillator brings added reassurance for patients, volunteers and staff, ensuring a lifesaving kit is on hand if ever needed.
Executive Director, Deano, said: “We are so thankful to The Hedley Foundation for supporting us in this way and helping us to make our work as effective and efficient as possible. These devices will be an integral part in bringing safe relational care to those who need it most.”
Thank you, Hedley Foundation, for investing in practical tools that strengthen frontline homeless healthcare.
