JD Gym members takes on the Bournemouth Inflatable 10K

On 1 August 2026, 22 enthusiastic members of JD Gym came together to tackle Bournemouth’s Inflatable 10K, raising vital funds and awareness for HealthBus.

The energetic team faced an exciting course featuring 60 individual inflatable obstacles, with runs of approximately 300 to 500 metres between each challenge. From climbing and bouncing to sliding and scrambling, every participant showed determination, teamwork and an incredible sense of fun throughout the event.

HealthBus CEO Deano Pickering said: “It was an amazing event that brought people together to raise funds for a valuable local cause. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part and gave their time, energy and commitment to supporting HealthBus.”

The event was not only an impressive physical challenge but also a wonderful opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, create new friendships and bring the local community together. The laughter, encouragement and team spirit shown across the course made the day especially memorable.
