HealthBus Attends Hospital Saturday Fund AGM 2026 in London
HealthBus CEO Deano Pickering and Patron Dr Feroz were honoured to attend the Hospital Saturday Fund AGM in London on 20 May 2026.
The Hospital Saturday Fund is a grant-making charity that supports registered health charities, hospices, medical organisations and individuals across the UK and Europe. Its work helps fund essential medical equipment, treatment, training and practical resources that improve health and wellbeing in communities.
The AGM brought together charities and partners from across the sector, celebrating the powerful impact of charitable giving. The keynote speaker was Olympian, World Record holder, author and campaigner Fatima Whitbread MBE, who gave an inspirational and deeply emotive speech about her work advocating for lasting change for children and young people in care.
HealthBus is deeply grateful for the continued support of the Hospital Saturday Fund. Over the past five years, their funding has helped provide essential medical equipment and resources for clinical staff training, strengthening HealthBus’ ability to deliver specialist healthcare to people experiencing homelessness.
Deano Pickering said: “It is remarkable to see the incredible impact of the Hospital Saturday Fund as they support innovative, incredible charities across the UK and Europe that bring positive, significant change to their communities. We are so grateful to be partnering with them.”
