HealthBus Trust is thrilled to be one of the five headline charities for the Vitality Bournemouth Bay Run 2026 — and we’d love you on the start line with us.
Every day, our award-winning, CQC-registered team takes specialist healthcare to people experiencing homelessness across Bournemouth and the surrounding area. We meet people where they are, including those sleeping rough and people in emergency accommodation, working alongside local partners to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Because 43 is more than a number. Over Christmas 2025, Dorset GB ultra-runner Phillipa Rolle ran 215km in five days — 43km a day (22–26 December) to spotlight a heartbreaking reality: women experiencing homelessness in England have a life expectancy of just 43 years.
