As part of this partnership, Cranfield Trust Volunteer Consultant and business owner John Stephenson is working closely with the HealthBus team and trustees to refine our value proposition and explore organisational modelling options that can support sustainable growth.

John brings more than 25 years’ experience in business development and leadership, with national and international expertise in helping organisations clarify their offer, strengthen strategy, and build practical plans for expansion. His insights and recommendations will feed into a wider programme of work aimed at protecting and enhancing HealthBus’ distinctive, nurse-led model, so we can respond to rising need and explore where a HealthBus could make the greatest impact next.
