HealthBus Welcomes Celina Harding as Mental Health Support Worker
HealthBus is delighted to welcome Celina Harding as our new Mental Health Support Worker, strengthening the support available to people experiencing homelessness and complex mental health challenges.
Celina brings experience supporting people affected by homelessness, substance misuse, learning disabilities and poor mental health. Her background includes managing high-support caseloads, providing one-to-one emotional and practical support, responding to crisis situations and helping people engage with appropriate services.
In her new role, Celina will work closely with the wider HealthBus team, supporting our patients alongside clinicians, outreach colleagues and community partners. She will also contribute to multidisciplinary working, collaborating with housing teams, mental health services, substance misuse services and other agencies to ensure people receive joined-up, person-centred support.
Celina’s approach is compassionate, trauma-informed and strengths-based. She is skilled in building trusting relationships, active listening, de-escalation, safeguarding, case management and recovery support. She also brings warmth, empathy and a strong belief in helping people feel safe, heard and valued.
We are delighted to welcome Celina to HealthBus and look forward to the contribution she will make in supporting patients, strengthening multidisciplinary working and helping people take positive steps towards improved wellbeing and greater stability.
